I have a new chapter of "House of Pullip" already, I hope you enjoy it! Tomorrow I'm hoping to take some photos of my less photographed dolls (mostly a handful of my boys, which is too bad because I love them so much...they need some camera time). Anyway, if the sun stays around, which is iffy, I'll have that...until then, enjoy this new photo story chapter :D
Chapter 67:
Roxanne: You’re still spending a lot of time with Hawk, I see.
Shiloh: Roxanne…I keep telling you, we are just friends.
Roxanne: Very good friends…?
Shiloh: *blush* Well, yes.
Shiloh: He spends time with me every day after work; it’s getting to be kind of a habit now.
Roxanne: Yes, I hardly see you anymore unless we are working.
Shiloh: Oh…I’m sorry!
Roxanne: Don’t apologize! You should have more friends besides just me. I’m happy for you.
Shiloh: Aside from you, he’s my best friend.
Roxanne: I know.
Shiloh: And we have fun together. Because of him I’ve done things I’ve never done before…it’s great!
Roxanne: *smiles knowingly*
Shiloh: Stop looking at me like that!
Roxanne: You are so doomed…it’s only a matter of time until the man owns your heart and soul.
Shiloh: *blush* How many times do I have to say Hawk is just a friend?
Roxanne: *shakes her head* Keep saying it if it makes you feel better…but I don’t have to believe you…
Elsewhere…
Sebastian: I had no idea trying to talk to caterpillars could be so tiring.
Paige: You’re still a novice…but I’m tired, too.
Sebastian: Can we please rest for a while?
Paige: Okay. We aren’t getting anywhere anyway. *discouraged*
Sebastian: Don’t worry, love, we’ll figure it out.
Paige: There’s just something so strange about this whole thing. I can get a few words but they are random and don’t make sense. I still think she wants to talk but for some reason she can’t.
Sebastian: Perhaps…well, I’m no expert, of course, but perhaps she is not a caterpillar.
Paige: What?
Sebastian: I’m only trying to think of ideas, but have you ever had trouble communicating with a caterpillar or butterfly before?
Paige: No, this would be the first time.
Sebastian: Has it ever been a strain to speak to them?
Paige: *intrigued* No, it’s always been natural, just like how you and I are talking now.
Sebastian: Exactly. So it occurred to me that maybe it only looks like a caterpillar but she’s really not a caterpillar at all.
Paige: …
Sebastian: I could be wrong, of course.
Paige: No, I think you might be onto something there…it makes sense.
Sebastian: Let us pretend for a moment that I’m right, that leaves us with two questions.
Paige: Which are?
Sebastian: If she is not a caterpillar, what is she? And how do we return her to her correct form?
To be continued...
