Photo Story
It's Friday...next week is Thanksgiving...it's all good! :P Here's the newest chapter of "House of Pullip" for you (I braved the cold to make this just for you, ha ha...and it's really not that cold, but for Texas--yes). Please enjoy!
Chapter 278: Daddy
*Oki has left Crispin alone with Penelope…he is still not sure what to do. Penelope plays with her toys as Crispin watches, but he feels like he should talk to her…*
Crispin: Um…are these your new toys?
*Penelope nods*
Crispin: Do you like them?
*Penelope nods again*
Crispin: That’s good…
*Crispin gets a sudden idea*
Crispin: Hey…do you…want a piggyback ride?
*Penelope drops her toys and reaches for Crispin eagerly*
Crispin: *laughs* Well…I’ll take that as a “yes”.
*Crispin helps Penelope climb on his shoulders*
Crispin: I even take Oki for piggyback rides, did you know that? Now, hang on tight…here we go…
*Crispin runs around the outside of the house and Penelope giggles madly*
*A while later they return to Penelope’s toys*
Crispin: Was that fun?
*Penelope nods enthusiastically*
Crispin: Good…I’m glad.
*They fall silent again…Crispin is unsure what to do next, Penelope goes back to her toys*
*Penelope comes back to Crispin holding a teddy bear*
Crispin: Oh, what’s this? A teddy bear?
Penelope: For you!
Crispin: For me? Oh, really, you should keep it…
Penelope: I gots one.
*Crispin notices that Penelope does indeed have another teddy bear*
Crispin: You really want to give me this one?
*Penelope nods*
Crispin: That’s nice…thank you.
*Penelope smiles*
*Penelope climbs on Crispin’s lap*
Crispin: What are you doing?
*Penelope just smiles and keeping climbing up, Crispin helps her*
*Penelope sits on Crispin’s lap…they look at each other*
Penelope: Daddy.
Crispin: What?
Penelope: Daddy!
Crispin: Oh…you don’t have to call me that, you know.
Penelope: Yes…Daddy.
Crispin: *moved* Alright…
*Oki returns*
Oki: Everything’s fine! Fifi did have a little splinter but we got it out and now she’ll be fine… *trails off as she sees Penelope sitting on Crispin’s lap*
Crispin: Hi.
Oki: Well… *she smiles* I hate to break this up, but Penelope needs a little nap. Come on, sweetie, we can all play together after you get a little rest.
Penelope: Bye.
Crispin: Bye, Penelope, see you later.
Penelope: I love you.
Crispin: Oh…I love you, too.
*Penelope gives Crispin a big hug…he hugs her back*
Oki: *leading Penelope away* I’ll be right back, Crispin.
*Crispin picks up the teddy bear Penelope gave him…and smiles*

Crispin did well, yes? Sometimes it's best to just leave it to the kids. :P Although the piggyback ride was a good idea (not to mention it helped add an extra dose of "cute" into the chapter). ;)
While I had Crispin out I took a few individual photos of him...and why not? He's a handsome one. :P
Crispin in black and white. I like how his hair looks so shiny.
Also, I had to take another one of Oki because she still (always) looking so cute. I'm loving her hair this way, I think I'm going to keep it like this for a while. :D
I tried to take some photos of Oki, Crispin, and Penelope together but none of them were being especially cooperative so I just decided to skip it (my hands were getting numb from the cold anyway). I'll take some "family" photos later, that should be fun. For now, thanks for looking and have a great weekend! :D
