if you don't want to breathe clean air, it's *your* choice to inhale from a damn cigarette. where's my god-damn choice when i just happen to be near someone sucking away their life on that shit? I HAVE NONE. i just want clean fucking air when i go out to eat. you want to smoke? stay at your fucking home to do it. don't kill other people with your *selfish* second-hand smoke!!

you say "your" as if i was a smoker. I'm not. I couldnt care less but i do feel that smokers have rights too

that's why i said it was more directed to smokers in general. i agree that they have rights too- they have the right to kill themselves in their own place- not in the places where countless other people- who choose not to smoke, to be subjected anyway to the harmful effects that second hand smoke causes. smoking in public is like peeing in a swimming pool- it effects everybody in the pool
