It's been a great few days. First off an old friend "B" came to town. I've not seen him in ten years. He's living near by in Indiana after having lost most of his worldly possessions to Katrina. He and I seem to attract bad luck on a global scale. We met and traveled together on the Renn Faire circuit and have shared many adventures and ( Read more... )

Well, you may attract the occasional rash of bad luck, but you seem the Wheel of Fortune seems to be in your favor at the moment!

Congratulations on the reuinion, the raise, and all other general happiness. Tell MC I say hi and congrats for only neeing to be subjected to mind-killing work for part of the time now. =)

I prefer "you seem the Wheel," but that's me. Glad to hear you figured out the hat thing before freezing to death. I'm balancing out your job luck, as I'm laid off--but what the hell! I would rather hang out and go to the gym than paint stuff, anyway. So there.

Yeah, because apparently former landlord-man is doing quite quite well, and is now a Training Supervisor to train other guard-types.

On t'other hand, he looks really spiffy in his coplike prison-guard uniform, so that counts. :)
