1) Feeling pretty okay today, and have been for the past few days. Not perfect, not great, but pretty okay. This is a nice change. It also helps that I may not have one, but two neurologists now. I'm booked with one at the beginning of December, and we're waiting to see if a second one might be able to get me in sooner ( Read more... )

curse you medical system, percy is broken, that's miss o'leary to you, life is pain highness, list-y goodness

<3 Aww, glad to hear things are (cautiously optimistically) looking up Percy.

Also! ::fist pumps :: (Since you are obv. much too mature/too good a person to do this: Suck it Arthur! :: sticks out tongue :: This guys knows computers, and likes sandwiches, AND magazines. He is clearly superior :) <3)

Also also, it's so awesome how excited you get for your job. <3 You are going to teahc the crap out of those kids. :: wishes her English teachers had been so dedicated/passionate :: Good luck!

It's been a rough week, but now that they've settled me on a medication, I just have to wait for it to build up in my system. With a little luck, this will all be behind me soon.

He's such a nice guy too! We went for coffee, talked, and are planning on doing something together again soon. Not sure what, but I'm excited because I get the distinct feeling he'll actually show up...unlike Arthur.

Hee! I'm so psyched for Monday. I look forward to seeing how it all goes down, and I'm near certain there's either going to be an entry that's either all angst, or all glee. Cross your fingers for the latter. :)

Arthur asked me out a couple days after a nasty round of seizures in July. Random sweetie asks me out in the midst of my latest neurological crap. Do I seriously become more attractive when my brain goes haywire?
-- Maybe you emanate some sort of brain/ empathic electricity/ pheromoney thingy. ZOMG You're Stacy X!

Is it weird that this would totally explain it? Because the more I think about this, the more it makes sense. :)

You milk that Damsel in Distress scenario, Percy. Milk it like there's a gun pressed against your head.

And try not to give your dad a heart attack in the meanwhile. Although, knowing him, he's probably excited about all of the boys he's going to get to threaten.

As long as I don't have a seizure while I'm out with him before I have the chance to explain it all, then I think it's going to be juuuuuuuuuuuust fine.

I'm planning on seeing how new boy deals with all my issues first. If it scares him off, he wasn't worth my time. If he seems cool with it, then I'll bring him home. Mum will keep Dave in line for me. Hee!

Now, there's a story idea! Every time something happens, someone asks you out. :) Well, I'm just glad you're feeling better. Hang in there!

It's not the most practical system, but at this point? I'm thinking whatever works is just fine.

Thanks dear! Hope all's well out on your end too.

I'm no expert of course but that seems a price too high.
