And my ....geek (it's not exactly "inner" with me) must make it clear that Battlestar Galactica is not a "geek" show. It's in the same realm as Lost in that everyone can watch it. :P
Ugh, can't believe even Remy got to watch the finale before me.

And yes. Yes he will be. Unfortunately, he can't hold Emma over Scott's head though. Such is the problem with having a telepath for one of his fellow geeks -- she can cover up any mess quite neatly.
(Is it horrible of me to say that X-Space!Remy would probably agree with you regarding Battlestar Galactica? And would get all indignant about it if questioned?)

Oh Remy. You and your geekiness. It amazes me that it takes this long for Remy to ever learn that he just can't win against the combined forces of Scott Summers and Emma Frost. I look forward to the torture that Scott is going to force Remy to undergo for ever after this. (And Scott does love to carry a grudge).
Emil is still adorable and can still do better than Belladona. He has also been known to play with his action figures and loves playing out romantic scenes between Han Solo and Princess Leia (much in the same manner as Dark Helmet in Space Balls).
As for Gambit, I now have a new storyline idea involving him and the series finale of Battlestar Galactica. Basically, the recruits decide that the mansion is haunted after hearing a woman sobbing in the night (and by woman, I mean Remy). They then set out to exorcise the ghost, Bobby's in charge as he's seen every single zombie movie ever made thus making him an expert. He proceeds to annoy everyone by continually ( ... )

(OH SCOTT WHY MUST YOU BE SO AWESOME?)
Yes. Emil could do better, but see, Bella looks like Buttercup from 'The Princess Bride', but with throwing knives. This, of course, is AWESOME to him, though he's admited to no-one (not even Remy) that he adores that movie so.
Also, TELL ME YOU WILL WRITE THIS GHOSTBUSTERS STORY. Tell me it will be the next piece in this series. Because if you write this, I will love you forever and ever and ever and ever. Not that I don't already, but, you know. Symbolic gesture and all that.

I WILL WRITE THIS STORY! It will be the next piece in the X-Space series and it will be brilliant and involve Remy trying to get Rogue to give him pity sex as he is in a very delicate position right now as the series finale was just THAT SAD. Rogue will again tell him to go to hell and to stop bothering her when she's watching Mr. Darcy play Arthur and stalk Amy Dorrit. Remy offers to stalk her if it'll make her feel better. She responds by telling him that it just wouldn't be the same.
Canon for X-Space verse: Rogue finds British accents incredibly sexy. Remy's accent? Not so much. Sometimes, when he's talking, she'll have one of those daydreams like from That ( ... )

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! I'm looking forward to this SO MUCH.
Further canon? Remy still has no clue that it's not his accent Rogue finds attractive. He still figures its all him, and is very smug about it, since clearly, the Southern Accent still gets all the ladies here up North.

This is quite adorable, but for some reason I think that Scott would be more understanding when it comes to battlestar, but I tend to think of him as a huge dork.
Of course Scott would have caught it on it's first run and has no sympathy for someone who can't keep an appointment.
... Or something.

I'm gonna go with the whole 'first run' thing. Also, Scott's probably just amused by the fact that Remy is a BSG dork, not that he himself is laughing at the dorkiness...since I'm sure he shares it to an extent. If you dig through my journal as well as Amber's, you can see a canon starting to form in the comments. It's kind of scary and awesome at the same time.

Though my post-evo take calls to mind an image of myself wringing my hands while gazing over a chessboard trying to decide just how many X-Folks I'd have to kill in order to make Scott and Rogue ending up together work... And then not putting them together...
Every once in a while I find myself trying to decide whether or not it's worth re-opening that box.
