Gather 'round children. I got a story for you. Or at least a simplified version of events.

Once upon a time, there was an organization up here above the 49th Parallel. This organization was called the CRTC. The CRTC was in charge of looking after and regulating all things telecommunication -- TV, radio, and even the internet.
