I thought this weekend was going to be killer study weekend. I've got a Speech test on Thursday, an Algebra test to take in the next week (preferably as soon as possible while the material is fresh in my head), and Art History 1 test on Monday, and I thought the History of Communication Graphics test would be Monday or Wednesday. Well, got the results from my speech test. Before the teacher passed back our grades, he said the class as a whole averaged about what he was expecting, so no grade curve (other than the one question he gave us all credit for). School starts up again on Monday. Bleh. First class on Monday starts at 9:30 AM. I will hitch a ride with my dad when he goes to work, so I'll probably be out of the house by 8:00 or 8:30. My last class that day ends at 8:40 PM, and there is a very good chance I will have to catch the bus home, so I might not get home until 10:00 PM. Double bleh. ( Read more... )

Today is my first day to ride the bus to and from school. I made it to school fine, despite having to transfer to another bus mid-way through the trip. I've never ridden buses all that often, and never so far that I had to transfer to another bus, so I was a little nervous and worried that I would miss a bus or get on the wrong one. My kitty, Sparkle, died on Sunday. A neighbor found her lying on his driveway and came and asked us if we had black and white cats and if this cat was ours. Yes, it was our cat.
