I was told I should post this here, I guess it does fit since I found out, after I got it, that it is originally a Shakespeare quote. Of course since this isn't the reason I got it I wasn't sure if I should post it here. But since someone suggested it I am!!

I would consider your BF's poem literary. An actual poem published in some sort of journal or book? Totally literary. Pop lyrics? Not so much, IMO.

Yeah the poem definitely counts as literary. The idea appeals to me a lot more than a lot famous literary quotes that people get tattooed. It has a lot of meaning behind it. And I really like your quote :)
