Today is one of those days where shit feels agreeable. My mood is such that when the spider with eight foot long legs decided I'd like company in the shower and help washing my hair, all I did was smile and help it out the window. Here via friendsfriends--you might want to start by looking at the Smallville episode reviews posted in eat_crow. Also, svreviewwatch is the journal I use to collect reviews for the community, so everyone friended by it is (or was) a Smallville fan, so that might be a good place to start looking for new folks.

*flies into your journal to assault you with hugs* OMG! OMG! That COMIC, it be GENIUS! I loves eet. I haven't read comics since I was at uni and worked in the pop culture library, and then I didn't read many DC ones. Clearly I have been missing out! I adored Lex's snarky snark so much in this one, and it's so pretty too! Thank you thank you! The little figures are adorable and go sit very nicely on my external harddrive. Yay!

I thought the Clana scene was touching and I wouldn't have been opposed to more of it.

It arrived, yes!!! YIPPEEEE! Clark feeling Lex's muscles! HEEEEE. Never going to get old. Lex so kicked it all over that issue. His snark was awesome. This is the Lex we love! When Clark says 'Er, Lex are you trying to intimidate me?' Heeeee. And Lex is all snarky and 'yuh, I have to actually WORK for my strength'. And the art is gorgeous. I confess I'm feeling an incredible tug towards comics now that you've whet my appetite...

Yup, the mini-mates (hee!) are on my Lacie brick harddrive and it looks far more homely now that I have them. :-)

Lex so kicked it all over that issue. His snark was awesome.

I'm trying very hard to be a good girl and not jump all over you with comics glee but YEAH THAT IS THE LEX WE LOVE. Did you notice how he said Clark writes like a poet?! And ahahahahahaha the baboon in the Superman costume. I could literally draw hearts on every page of that issue.
