My second Bill/Fleur manip of the night! I'm on a roll! And I have GOT to go to bed, as it's after 2:30 and I have work in the morning. LOL! But I wanted to post this before beddie-bye. It's more playful than the last one, just becaus I found this great picture to use for Fleur and had to play with it. :D I hope you like!

He is quite a lovely Bill, isn't he? *dreamy stare* I hope whoever they DO eventually cast is half so beautiful as I always picture him, or else I shall be sorely disappointed. LOL!
