Gothic Lolita

New pictures! For this photo shoot, I was dressed in Gothic Lolita style. As always, my photographer was the amazing Géraldine Vincent. She used a large mirror to achieve some pretty cool effects!

Thanks! And I'm sure you could be a beautiful Gothic Lolita if you wanted. Or if you're worried the style might be too cutesy for you, you could go with Gothic Aristocrat instead. You would look so elegant! <3

Gothic Aristocrat is like a more "grownup" version of Gothic Lolita. Here are two pictures of me wearing Gothic Aristocrat:

I liked the second and especially liked the last. The mirror didn't look clean enough to me. XD; stuck right out. However, I really like the concept/idea of picture #3, but the smudge/light effect on the mirror sorta disrupted it. The mirrored self looks so plastic like a life-size doll... sort of creepy. :D Love the outfit!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I got a "creepy doll" vibe from some of the reflection shots too. It was fun. :)

The mirror 'smoothed' out any natural imperfections in your face. On the close-up, like the double-face while lying down one, we can see why since your reflection is a bit fuzzy. But on the standing one, touching the surface, it makes your face appear flawless, hence the 'doll' vibe. :3
