I've been reading Deadspin all morning, and happened across this video, as evidence of what little Peyton and Eli Manning used to do for fun. My brother, seeing this video, emailed me back to say, "yup. fuck you."

But he's totally been bragging about his Super Bowl watching experience, with taunting jibes like;

I paid more attention to college football than the NFL :(

(I didn't think I liked football at all until college.)

I care about college football, but no one else actually does. Or at least I thought so: but, yay! Still, I generally don't talk about it much. The NFL is hugely lame, but it's the Super Bowl, so I feel bound to at least watch it.

hee. you go to a tiny liberal arts school - big surprise that your classmates don't paint themselves maroon and gold and drunkenly heckle the guy wearing the mascot suit.

and it's not your average Superbowl Sunday today; it's Superbowl Sunday in my city.
kinda waiting for everyone to go home.

We don't even have a mascot suit! Or, actually, a mascot.

Oh, gosh, yeah. I saw that, and immediately thought of you, because, really, there are a few things lamer than a bunch of obnoxious people who aren't even from your city getting drunk in all the bars. I can't think of any, right now.

OMG, LITTLE ELI MANNING. HOW ADORABLE.

I'm so happy the Giants won! I hate the Patriots and wanted to see them lose. Also, Eli Manning is totally my football boyfriend.

SO ADORABLE.

I mean, it's more that I really dislike Tom Brady, rather than the rest of the Patriots, but, yay. Eli Manning and the Giants were kinda everyone's spazzy younger sibling during this season, but apparently, such types grow up well. I've been crafting inapt metaphors for the last two days, can you tell?

Also, Eli Manning is totally my football boyfriend. Um, yes! Or possibly football girlfriend. YAAAY.
