She arched a brow as she looked at him. "A boys' night? Why do I think that just spells trouble?"
"Because you have no faith in me?" he offered, and Lita rolled her eyes as she flopped down on the bed.
"Please. It's more like I have no faith in Randy, Edge, Johnny... Or virtually any of the guys you hang around with. You're bound to get in trouble. And I'm not forking out the bail money," she informed him, and John snorted.
"We ain't plannin' to rob a bank-"
"Yes, well, when do we ever plan these things?" she questioned cheerfully, and John Cena had to turn his back on his girlfriend to avoid her seeing the smile that crept to his lips at the look on her face. She really was just too damn cute sometimes. And if she knew how damn cute he thought she was... Well, then he would really be in trouble, because she would be able to walk all over him. And he'd probably be more than happy to let her do it.
"Well, even if things don't go as planned, I highly doubt we'll randomly decide to rob a damned bank," he said, and Lita shrugged her shoulders, the woman reaching out for the deck of cards in front of her, starting to shuffle them.
"You know, you could always stay here instead... Just me and you," the redhead told him, and John arched a brow, tilting his head as he looked back at her.
"Oh, really, and what would we do?" he questioned, glancing down at the cards. "Play poker?"
She looked up at him through her lashes, smirked. "Maybe strip poker. But I'm not very good at card games," she said slowly, and he grinned, starting to leave the room. "Where are you going?"
"Callin' the guys, tellin' them to go on without me. Ain't no way I'm leaving the house tonight, and I don't want them showing up here," John told her, then stuck his head back in the room, giving her a wink. "You deal the first round while I'm gone. And no cheating!" he told her, and Lita grinned.
"Me? Cheat? Never."
