Her fingers danced over the CDs in his collection, a small frown on her face as she eyed the different titles. It wasn't just rap and hip hop as people often suspected it would be... There were other things, too. Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash... Some classic rock tossed in there as well . He wasn't exactly a fan of punk, but he tolerated it well enough for her... Just like she occasionally bit her tongue when he decided he just had to listen to Jay-Z or an old Tupac CD, which he insisted were all classics now.
Lita could feel his presence behind her, his gaze focused more on her than on the CDs her fingers were sliding over... His collection was pretty impressive, but then again, he loved music just about as much as she did... Although their tastes only overlapped on occasion. She smiled a little as she felt his hand slide over her hair, Lita reaching out to pull an old Aerosmith CD from the rack, handing it back over her shoulder to John.
"This one."
"Twenty minutes of lookin', and all you pull out is one CD?" he asked, and she shrugged her shoulders.
"It's fifteen minutes to the arena. We only need one CD," Lita replied as she stood up, reaching down to tug John up after her. "Let's go..."
"Twenty minutes to choose one CD," he muttered again, and Lita smirked as she looked back at him.
"Well, yeah. I had to find one I liked, you know... It's not my fault you have lousy taste in music," she said, laughing and ducking out of the way when John grabbed for her... Then turning and coming back to him, pressing a kiss to his lips. "Come on, baby. Let's go."
