Hunh...would have liked to get to know the various onoc a little better. But the story isn't over yet, so I should probably hush up and wait.

I like that Daniel and Carter went around Jack.

Can't wait to see the wrap up.

You'll get some hints of onac in the next chapter, but honestly, they're blank slates. They only know what they learned from the host and what they heard in Samas' song. So, the onac now have the traits of SG1 plus Tony. They'll be harder to trick if someone else tries to corrupt their gene pool.

OK the tide is turning in the favor of Samas and her people. The goa'uld are on their way out (and good riddance).

So the end is near and the loose ends will be wrapped up *sigh* Poor Ziva and Tim - they'll never know what they missed.

Samas is shrewd, and she always knew she would have to retake the home waters to fix things. Unfortunately, stuck on an Earth with no Stargate, that wasn't possible.

And I'm afraid that in this universe, those two will get left behind.

I think I like this ending to the Goa'uld better than the canon. It feels more "real" than some of the contrived stuff they came up with.

I wanted to redeem the species. I refuse to believe that a few tok'ra are the only non-evil members of the species.

And here is where the excrement hits the circular rotary device in terms of fallout. O'Neill is so very pissed. I'm glad Samas reclaimed some of O'Neill's symbiote though. It just doesn't seem right for that to be lost. I'm sure O'Neill is extra pissed though since his entire team ganged up against him.
Looks like Tony's passenger absorbed his dedication, which means he'll defend that brood against all comers. Just like Samas just put Gibbs into Tony's care. Which means Gibbs is in really good hands. :) I'm enjoying this story a great deal.

Oh hell yes. Luckily O'Neill is going to put the good of the planet above his own concerns, but he certainly is plenty pissed.

He'd be more pissed to know he had symbiote babies in that pond now, but as long as Samas has DNA, she can put out larvae pretty damn fast. God knows that Hathor put out thousands in a very short period of time.

Thank you so much! I do think the symbiotes did what they could with major systematic damage like Tony's lungs and O'Neill's knees, but they wouldn't have had time to make major renovations.
