Cordelia really is the heart of the clan, so I can see her being the boss. More importantly, everyone else can see her as the boss.

And all I can think is... Sunnydale and LA are going to go straight to hell once Cordy and Xander get old. Because they're human (at least Cordy is), so there isn't any forever in their future.

this is Cordy's worst nightmare, but you know she's going to take charge and turn it into something that makes her happy. That's what makes her a good boss. And you know, I think you're right that the whole world is in trouble when Cordelia and Xander finally die. Does anyone know the name of a good vampire grief counselor?

LOL, I just can't wait until Lindsey tries to test the boundaries of what Angel will allow when Cordy -does- take charge. Because he's gonna learn to fear her just as much as everyone else ( ... )

Spike has a lot of respect for Cordelia, so he's willing to be a little more honest with her than with the others. That's what makes her a good boss.
