[Jack is home from his seaside adventure and immediately writes out four very quick notes to certain people, not bothering with filters or any of that rubbish:]

He can live in that lovely magical urn what you used as a chunderbucket that night at Good Spirits. Ooooor I could bring a tank thing. He's not picky, darling. Reminds me of an octopus I ate once in Italy, so I've named him Fabio.

Raine, do not trouble your mind! Captain Jack Sparrow shall bring you all the needful things for octopus-keeping! Erm...octopussery.
Whatever.
Fabio is eager to meet you, very eager. Oi! Watch what he can do, eh?
[Jack pulls a not-surprisingly-unthrilled-looking creature from his pail and presents him with a small jar of wild honey. The octopus seems to sigh and, untwining a tentacle from Jack's arm, opens the jar, before grumpily rewrapping itself and almost demanding to be set back in the pail.]
I have to say that's unexpected, though I suppose you do pride yourself on not being very expected.

This pet is just the first step on your road to loving water once more.
...
He needs to live in a tank or barrel or other container of water, and he also needs to be coddled a bit.
Yours,
Jack

Just how large of a container are you talking about?
Perplexedly yours,

He's not a very big thing at all.

Wouldn't he need ocean like water to live in? How are you bringing him?

... I mean. A tank would be preferable, yes, if you can help find a suitable one. And he'll be needing food as well.

He's brilliant, really.

That seems like a handy trick. [... Yes she went there. But she's just trying to wrap her head around the idea of it. ... Okay, that was bad too.]
I just want to make certain that Fabio won't be uncomfortable so far away from his home.

[Fabio is back at home, sulking in his pail.]
He'll be happier with a tank and some crabs to chew on, I expect.
