California: Demyx

Lissar's house is quiet, and the costumes disappear as soon as they get there. She instantly leads the way to the shower, "Do you wish water, my Demyx? A shower, or we can go to the Autobase and the pool."

"Shower, f-for now." Demyx says, still hiccuping and sobbing every now and then. He wanted the full submersion now, and the base was too far.

"Where do you want me?" Axel asks quietly. Normally, he's pushy as all hell, but right now--

Right now, whatever Demyx wants.

That screaming hurt.

"Run the water." Lissar says softly, "It should be warm, but not hot nor cold." she is, quietly and efficiently and without thinking about it stripping Demyx down. The cotton gloves have become her normal ones, and that helps, and the cotton clothing becomes her coat and that helps. "Shh, Demyx, we are here. Shhh."

Demyx is too upset to be ashamed right now, and really acting like the age he appeared to be. The only clothing on him is the coat - the boots, pants and gloves are still on a street in The World That Never Was, a pile waiting in the rain to be retrieved once more, however long it took.

He's hiccuping even when he's stopped crying, and clings tightly to the necklace. "Not this- I- I wanna keep this, I don't take it off." He kept looking back and forth between Lissar and Axel, making sure they both stayed in sight. That they wouldn't leave too.
