AHHH! I love watching HTGSC on Christmas Eve. So you don't watch it any other time of the year? I don't know if I do or not. I mean, I don't avoid it on purpose, but I rarely feel the urge to watch it because it's so associated with Christmas for me. It just feels WRONG.

Oh, and I feel as though of people on my flist, you are one of the ones who should know/appreciate this: I got a Nikon D3100 for Christmas! I have very little idea of how to use it to its potential yet but my dad's a photographer and he's teaching me and I already looooooove it.

Aw, I am loving my friends so much lately because we're all graduated and heading our separate ways but we still make time for each other. We may even have a New Years party. :) I can't wait for 2 other girlfriends of mine to get back from overseas and we ALL can spend more time together. haha

My family actually behaved themselves this year and weren't bitches. It's a Christmas miracle! lol

Oh! That reminds me; I think I've asked you this before but have forgotten...WHAT MODEL IS YOUR CAMERA? I finally have a new job and can start saving for a proper fucking camera and I want one like yours! :D
OMG, I watch How The Ghosts Stole Christmas EVERY Christmas Eve so it ends EXACTLY at midnight! If no other tradition could be upheld during Christmas time, THIS is the one that will last forever. It is the quintessential moment that tells me Christmas has arrived, and when the holiday spirit truly fills me up. I go to sleep with a big fat smile on my face. :) "this show fucking amazes me with its timeless ability to continue to give back."

NO, I'd never seen it before. And i couldn't believe that nobody forced me to watch it sooner. But at the same time, I understand why I didn't watch it until now. I think I'm at the point in my life where I needed to see it, no sooner, no later. IDK. Just perfect.

I LOVE A CHRISTMAS STORY SO MUCH.

One of my friends told me to watch The Shawshank Redemption a while ago (it's his favorite movie) and I haven't yet- I really need to add it to my Netflix queue.
