Saw Saw 3D last night. YEAH, stopped keeping legitimate tabs on that mytharc a long time ago - kiiiind of a deux ex machina-like mess. BUT. The traps~ were wicked sweet, I was huddled in a ball and pulling my hair for like, half the film. Complaint: did not use the 3D NEARLY enough in even remotely effective ways. Bummer. I'm going to be honest never even heard of 'The Big C' =/

just out of interest do you use websites like shooters, mandy etc to look for jobs and stuff? and do you have like a 'professional' blog as well as personal?

it is! it's not straight out horror, it's just sick and creepy but yes!

IT IS SUPER GOOD.

I don't - I've been meaning to get a website up with a bunch of stuff, though, a photography gallery, eventually an editing reel, a blog, references, resumé, contact, etc. i need to make business cards too! AH~! too much too much.

Yeah I need to do a website, but I'm just putting my stuff up on my blog for now, and business cards too lol, you should def try and get a website with your stuff up though, just link it with your twitter and stuff. My tutor said that sometimes, employers do ask to see if you have a blog, and also it can be good networking but I shall soon find out lol :P

I remember when my friend and I were writing our script and Final Draft is so WEIRD to use when you've just been jotting down notes on odd bits of paper for all of your life. We didn't even get to 10 pages, lmao. But aahh your mum is amazing omg, that's so adorable.

Aahhhh, we have this awesome bar called Mook that do a whole BUNCH of epic cocktails (like a watermelon one that's to fucking die for), but one of them is called a Mookshake, and yeah, it's basically an alcoholic milkshake. So good. And yeah, anyone worth their fuckin' salt knows that previews are one of the most fun parts of going to the cinema. My trailers pretty much sucked last time, though. Why they thought the audience for an indie comedy drama would be interested in a film starring Christina Aguilera as a burlesque performer I DO NOT KNOW.

The end of this week's episode of The Big C killed me. And I love how it's going with Paul finding out, too. Also I love Cynthia Nixon, I had no idea when she first showed up that she was even going to be in it, so that was a great surprise. ALSO, I love the storyline with Marlene, and her as a character in general. So sad and beautiful and poignant.
