Even with my hands COMPLETELY OFF OF MY LAPTOP, it was holding down a click. And everytime I'd move it, it'd continue to erase. There was NO way out of it, I tried forever, before just powering

Oh I've had issues like that with Geek Squad. With my Gateway, like, randomly one day my keyboard was totally fucked up. Like, I'd press a K and it would type W. SOME WEIRD ASS SHIT. Then I bring it to GS and the guy types and it works fine. I was like "I'm not lying! It really is like that!" So I waited for a few minutes and the issue happened again and he saw and was all "WTF?" So then he sent it out - it made me sad.
