I corrected my chemistry teacher today - she kept saying Galuminium or something instead of Galium. The only reason I even know this element is because its symbol is Ga, which obviously is what led me to choose it as ~my element~ for a project in the seventh grade. I also considered Silver, Ag. Figure it out

I have to do a biology lab today that's probably as stupid as that. A mineral is an inorganic, naturally-occurring crystalline solid. This means that minerals form as crystals. Some mineral crystals, like halite (table salt when it's in your kitchen cupboard) are created by precipitation. The minerals precipitate out of a solution and collect into their crystal forms. In this lab you will use a few household items to grow your own crystals using a simulated process. It sounded pretty cool but I read it and it's boring as shit.

I understand that feeling though. You wanna sit in bed in your pajamas and eat junk food and watch too much tv and get nothing done. Been there, done that, halfway there today.
