I grew up watching 'Some Like It Hot'. When someone says Marilyn Monroe, that's what pops into my head. I should really branch out and see some other films.....

You know, for how much I absolutely adore her, I haven't seen nearly enough of her films. I've never really felt the need in order to love her, it's weird. But I HAVE seen Some Like it Hot, love love love it.

This was such a cultural film, but also sad, if you think about how they both died after making it. And I know Marilyn was really in her last straw during this (documentaries FTW). I can imagine that scene really broke her. I understand when you say that, even though you haven't really seen all her films, you can still love her all the same! It's true. I feel that about Lisa, I still haven't seen much of her previous works (really hard to find downloads of), but I don't you can tell me I love her any less :)
