Scully (Not sure how Lisa would look w/ red hair, but you know she could rock one of Scully's conservative suits)

Dorothy (For some reason, Lisa in this dress is strangely appealing to me. I may have watched too much "House's Head.")

Wonder Woman (One of the few superheroines with a hot enough costume for the occasion, imo.)

I'm with those people who suggested superheroes, like Wonder Woman, Supergirl or Catwoman. I think Lisa Cuddy would make an absolutely kickass Wonder Woman.
