OKAY. SO. FIRST OFF. I HAVE NOT HAD INTERNET IN FOREVER (it seems). We dropped my laptop off at Best Buy, and these were my issues -
1.) SLOW AS FUCK. I can't do anything on it.
2.) The back corner is cracked.
3.) Missing backspace and "]" key.
4.) Left clicker is loose.
5.) Memory card slot no longer works
6.) Battery no longer holds a charge

Tbere are so many pictures of me with alcohol on there; I'm just plastered ALL THE TIME. Both my parents are on my friends' list though (my mother is on LJ as well; she got an account just so she could dl from houseepisodes lmao), but they're huge drunks too, so they don't care. :)

Wow. I'm so sorry about your laptop. That's a long time to go without. I mean, all your stuff is there. I drag my laptop around *everywhere*. Seriously. And now your home internet doesn't work? So so sorry. (if your mom won't call, can't you just make the call yourself? I have to make/initiate most of the technology service calls for my mom, even though I don't live there anymore, LOL. at least they can troubleshoot some things over the phone and determine whether or not they need to come to the house
