I totally know which shot your talking about. Also during that scene I turned to my friend and was like "this is why you don't drive like a crazy person on the road" cause then someone will kill you! As for not being enough creepy... I think the shot in the head scene, and the graveyard scene were both creepy enough so that I closed my eyes.
