Best Buy was completely awful re: the camera situation. Basically the "Customer Service Manager" was the most insincere, patronizing cunt I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. So much bullshit! Whoa, that cheerful patronizing customer service attitude always drives me up the wall, especially when things have gone horribly wrong and all you get is a fake smile and some "our service is perfect and we did all we could" commentary instead of a simple sincere apology. Urgh! Hope it won't taint the camera for you in the long run despite the shitty start. A photographer should have a love affair with their camera and not associate it with crappy memories. :/
