Ratings say that all characters will be paired with each other, with the exceptions of Amber (dead), Kutner (dead), Wilson (lol!BFF and too soon) and Taub (married). So...

(blond + blond) + (outcast + outcast)= YAYYY!

though I prefer hot hospital director + crazy doctor...
Hot hospital director + outcast + blond is much superior!

Things would work out better if it was 13+Cameron+Cuddy cuz that = Happiness!!!
