So the other night I was just sitting at home chilling out after a rather stressful day (I'll tell about that in another post) when all of the sudden I hear my little Jack Russel growling furiously and then sounds of a fight, my dog had caught a possum (ugh) in my kitchen, this possum was almost as big as he is, but he killed that sucker! See, the thing about Jack Russells is they don't know that they're small dogs, so really, he probably thought the possum was puny in comparison!

and what is it with pets and underwear? One of my cats has that same fetish, minus the actual destruction of fabric.

There is something about terriers, they are pure muscle! Boo is small but so very strong, he has broken his collar and he has broken his chain, he's an indoor dog, but he likes to spend time outside, but I can't let him run wild :D
I have had other dogs that liked to chew underwear, it was worse when my girls still lived at home, that dog would knock over the hamper to get to them.

Bless him! I live in an old cottage that at this time of year huge spiders seem to think belongs to them. My Jack Russell terrier gets rid of them for me. :)

Yes Jackies are great vermin hunters, I think that's what the breed is known for. Norm is such a cutie and sounds like my Boo. Is he as protective of you as mine is?

He's an odd little character. Very sensitive and hates raised voices. But he's a right little hunter when I take him to work with me - even ran up a tree after a squirrel one time! LOL!

Not really it's a quite ordinary doggie thing, it just gets expensive having to buy new panties all the time. Unless you wash them right away (even if you have worn them only an hour) the dog will find them :D

Possums look like rats to me too, that's why I was sceaming the entire time, and made my hubby give the dog a bath right away. I couldn't even bring myself to pet him for being such a good boy until he was clean.
