Excellent weekend trekking over Massachusetts

On Saturday I puttered around the house in the morning, doing cleaning in preparation for the Big Party (tm) later this month.

In the late afternoon I went to Purgatory Chasm in Sutton, MA, near Worcester, with endlessgame and puppy Fiona. We climbed through the chasm, which itself is not a very long walk, nor particularly rigorous. We watched someone rock-
