Folks, let me share something with you about racism.  Read this before opening your mouth or ears to someone in public.

If you have to start a sentence with, "I'm not racist, but....."  you are about to make a racist comment.

Racism doesn't mean you want to commit genocide or are ready to openly declare hate or superiority.  It is enough that you are

I knew a dude who once told me, in all seriousness, that "gangsters" were going around painting LSD on the mouthpieces of payphones, causing otherwise law-abiding folk to "trip."

Problems:
1) Where did the "gangsters" come into such a load of acid? Not the kind of drug street gangs are known for.
2) Why were they wasting drugs they could sell for money?
3) WHY WOULD ANYONE LICK THE MOUTHPIECE OF A PUBLIC PHONE? (this was my big question at the time).

Sometimes those stories are so self-evidently bullshit that even little kids can tell.
