i see a free account with this moodlist, but when i type in the command to the admin console its brings up

Sorry, your account type doesn't let you create new mood themes.

any suggestions??

It doesn't work with free accounts. If you see someone with one, that means that their paid account probably ran out and they can still use it.

yeah, i knew that, but the example was no longer a member of paidmembers, so i wasnt completely sure. Sorry for the bother..
