Bluewater Spring 1: Ramirez

Generally in the past I've found the Ramirez family a bit dull. Typical nuclear family with a big ugly business. But, things seem to be going a little bit more interesting this time!

Nice makeover! I really like their living room. :) I never change the layout of their house very much either, it's not bad as it is. I was chuckling at the really long handshake. Ah, to be a sim and realize that your house was magically completely made over while your back was turned for one second.

Thank you! I'm happiest with the living room in this house. It would be great to have everything completely changed in an instant... It's a split-second for them but (usually) an hour of headaches for us!

Sounds like Bluewater needs more kids! Their house really isn't too bad, but you still made it much nicer. :) The Ramierzes are definitely cat people. (Because Lisa looks like one... :P)

Thanks! I think the Tinkers will love having the job of 'Official Town Population Boom Creators', though I think that name needs shortening. Bluewater also needs a pet shop, because now there's only one adoptable pet in the whole neighbourhood, and I think Tessa will be wanting another cat when she moves out. But that day won't come for a while!

Wanda: 'Hello there Mr Ramirez! Wow - a nice firm handshake.'
Checo: 'So firm, I think I'll just hold onto your hand while my house gets made-over.'

Haha, I also wish it worked this way in real life! This house isn't so bad (for Maxis) but it looks really great now!

...Mommy Ramirez is kinda hot, isn't she? o_o Makes me wonder why Checo was always coming around my Asylum challenge to skeeve and drool over all the lady inmates.

Checo is usually pretty skeevy (I suppose the grass is always greener for him), but this time he seems to be behaving himself. Well, I say seems but he has higher chemistry with Wanda Tinker than his own wife.

The Ramirez house is actually pretty good for Maxis and it was nice and easy to redo. But next on my list is the Landgraab's 'manor'... I will never understand how the person tasked to design that house finished and thought 'Yes. This is a good house. I have done my job well.'

After seeing the Evil Witch, I've become suspicious of Tyke's. It sounds like a modern-day gingerbread house to lure in children! :O
