I was toying with the idea of trying Maxis Taste's Dare 32, but this doesn't really qualify since I took a way-too-large clothes shop and modified its purpose completely.

This is great! Do you use that college hack that lets YAs stay in their neighbourhood? This seems so perfect for it. And I definitely laughed out loud a couple times during the tour. :P

Yep! Got it the other day, I was so excited I went straight into the game to find a ridiculously big building to change. Chester Gieke is the only student so far, since I've always seen him as a bit younger and naive. I'm gonna work on a short update about his rotation I played now. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I love the art room. Nothing can ever be too cost effective. Apart from with grapes. Life is too short to buy crap grapes. And apple juice. But seriously, the art room looks really cool, you've managed to include everything in there. I always forget about those damn crafting benches when I'm redecorating - I always find them too big!

I do agree with most of the things the architect's mother said, especially the bit about the chairs. I love how they curve around the place!

I think this makeover looks really good, I can't wait to see the rest of your makeovers (which I will be doing in the next hour or so)!
