Been home for a few days now, and finally recovered enough to try and think a bit. *laughs ( Read more... )

I just got a couple of bookmarks from Japan in the post (Nanao and Rukia). Thank you so very much!

(er, I am assuming they are at your instigation -- apologies if they aren't)

And I am so pleased that your authoring is taking off by leaps and bounds. (Is that the right phrasing? I'm not sure. But you know what I mean.)

The Nanao one was! I expect they threw in the Rukia one as well! How pleasant. *grins* I had to send you the Nanao one when I saw it...

I think that is the right phrasing! *laughs* And thank you, very much... it's been rather startlingly nice.

The Nanao one is perfect and I am gloating over it. And the Rukia one is a very nice little extra.

*beams* I still gloat over my Jyuushiro bookmark. *happies*

AND I loved what you sent me for Christmas as well! I'm assuming the bracelets are the Twin Souls reference? They are a very fine pair. *laughs softly*

And the candies are a huge hit in the house. Especially with a nice pot of tea. *grins* Thank you so much!

Awesome feeling when stories get accepted, isn't it? While you may enjoy the story (and the telling of it), to have others go 'Hey this is good. We want to share it with tons of other people and we'll pay you to let us do that.' is... words fail me.

And I'm so on board with the billion story ideas and not enough time to write them all. Most times, it's damn crowded in my head. But that's okay as it's rarely boring *laughs*.

YES! That first paragraph! EXACTLY that!! *laughs*

It is *rarely* boring and I always have a Place to go to when reality isn't quite up to par. *laughs* Ooo! And I just finished Ermine and Bougainvillea and *really* loved it! *laughs* Lovely and very hot.

I think I'm in 'read everything in sight' mode...

Yea! I'm glad you enjoyed E&B. There is a second story with them (it's a short) called Claiming Rights. There's also this untitled piece that I did for the E&B release (rated soft R)

I don't know if you've read any of my Awh'anise stuff, but there's Balancing Karma, Enchanted Shadows and Sea Of Stars over on my author LJ as free reads (if you're looking for more stuff to read).

I've had "Your love life will be happy and harmonious." Not the same, I suppose.

It sounds like you're going to be very, very busy once your brain bubbles over. Should be fun, given that mix...

I hope it is fun!! For folks other than just me, too. *grins*

Huh. I adored First Class. Far, far more than the other three movies in the series, actually, and more than Wolverine, definitely. *blink blinks* I er, liked all the dialogue, even with all the ideology talk floating around, and thought they did a good job of managing a massive cast that all had to be put into the appropriate places. Loved the scenes between Charles and Erik. And it's probably because I know jack-all about Xmen, but I liked the way they handled the ending. Then again, I'm a sucker for Kevin Bacon (who was a total surprise to me) and McAvoy, though, hm... they could have done more with him, certainly. I liked how he managed to pull off the pompous arrogance with the humanitarian thing ( ... )
