Yeah... crossovers are usually death on hits for good reason. *laughs* I'm very glad that you enjoyed this despite that! The action scenes just flowed, that was fun.

And, yeah, mysocalledhell fell over laughing when she thought of Sanzo whacking Ulquiorra with his fan. *laughs and laughs* It was a fun write.

Thank you so much!

I don't know who the new guy was, but you made him fit into this world and I like the way you described Sanzo making the limiters and stuff.

*smiles* Thank you, very much for reading even if you had no idea on the crossover universe. I'm very glad that you found the Saiyuki world good, though, and I had a lot of fun with thinking through how things might feel for Sanzo when he does some of the things he's been known to do and I'm glad that that worked for you.

Thank you!!

(and I have to add that I LOVE your icon. Especially the one where he sent his son out for some milk. *dies laughing*)

Ooooh lovely this is, lovely! It's well written and well executed, the characters worked and you wrote a side of Sanzo that is just very believable without making him inhuman or cliche. I like the details and the comparisons and... yeah, very nice!

Oh, I LOVE your icon!! *dances about* They are so cute together, and it's always fun seeing Hakkai be a little shy about it.

Mmmm... I'm glad that you liked my Sanzo in this one, and that you enjoyed the story. He's sometimes a hard guy to write. *laughs* I always loved that Zangetsugirl thought he had to be a bastard to be written properly. It was a hard write, due to other things, but I'm glad I managed to get through it.

Hihi the original pic is even more cute than that, it has mistletoo handing over them ^__^; It was drawn by sarubaby.

Sanzo is a tough cookie to write for me, we just differ too much I guess. I really like the whole thing.

Saiyuki comes a verrry close second to Bleach for me! Couldn't ask for a better cross-over fic! :)

I really like the way you described Sanzo using the sutra... and how it's use affects Sanzo in turn. I haven't come across anyone's take on it before; I thought yours was very insightful!
I love the bits of humour in here, especially dead-pan Ulqui-- the absolute opposite to the fun-time-insult-each-ther-as-they-go ikkou!

This cracked my up though-- "The boy's sheer lack of civility made even Sanzo look social in comparison."
Hah! Who would've thunk! :)

It was a really, really lovely read! Thanks!

You're very, very welcome! And thank you for the lovely comment! Especially on a cross-over fic, it's very nice to get.

It was fun having Ulqui be the straight guy against all the abuse the ikkou heap upon each other even as they're very fond of each other. *laughs* I'm glad you enjoyed that along with my take on what Sanzo might experience... it was fun to think about that, so I'm very glad that that pleased.

*hee* Well, yes. Sanzo isn't exactly the polished politician. *laughs and laughs*

I'm very glad that this fic pleased.
