You know, with most women, "you have the skin of a teenager" could be considered a compliment. :)

perhaps in the realm of self-care, you go and get a facial.

a relaxing, zit-zapping, jaw-releasing, shoulder-lowering facial with nummy products.

many birds, one stone.

hm. i want a facial!

Woo... I didn't know facials could do that! I will definitely have to look into it, now. Ooo...

Hon,

You're lucky you only breakout during stress. I still breakout pretty continuously (maybe that means I'm continuously under stress ;) )

Anyway.... here's a couple things I use:

Dr Bronner's liquid Castile Soap - The unscented kind.

Clean and Clear astringent - After I wash my face before bedtime, I use little circular bandaids, and put some of the astringent on the pad of the bandaid and cover the blemish. I sleep with that and remove the bandaid in the morning. It seems to help. I used to love the overnight blemish pads that you could get. But they don't make them anymore. So I make my own.

I hope this helps!

*hugs*

Susan

Thanks!! I'll have to try that... :-) But it seems that less stress and getting over my PMS the hard way has relieved the poor skin bits. Whew.
