I'm starting to think this strike might not last as long as the '88 one did. There was no internet in '88, no blogs, no united fan front. The AMPTP is facing a hell of a lot of opposition here from the very people who buy their product, and I'll bet their stunned at the support the writers are getting.
That observation, hope, what have you, is one of the factors that are keeping me from having a complete hippie freak-out over the whole thing. I'll show my support in whatever form I possibly can so long as it convinces the corporate bastards to pull their heads out of their asses.
