Oh. Lumiere is my partner! La Muse is our ship. D-Command is Section 13's special weapon. The Nouvelesse are an elite class of humans who have social-economic power in the galaxy and they're assholes. GOTT is the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, which regulates the flow of barter.

Lumiere's name means light, like mine means lightning.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, miss. I don't know what ES is or who the Director is. Is the Director kinda like a Furher? He's not a homunculous, is he?

ES-members are the GOTT's elite forces. Furher? That's an old Earth term. Lumiere would say I should brush up on my history, but... let me think. Director Eclipse is the head of the GOTT, which is the regulating body for commerce for the galaxy.

I don't think we have a choice about working for him or not, honestly. 'Drafted' basically means 'kidnapped' and kidnapped people usually don't have many choices.

Let me see... I'm wanted as a criminal by the GOTT, and they've already used the D-Command virus on me once, which hurt. A lot.

And there have been several Eclair's before me, so dying really doesn't seem that awful.
