• Still no viva date. Have now pretty much entirely forgotten PhD claims and all references will be out of date. Can't remember if I have a hardcopy of the thesis somewhere; I think

If you're willing to, sure. I'm pretty certain I printed four copies, bound four copies, and gave four copies to the school office. In retrospect this seems like I forgot to hold one back for myself buy I may be forgetting something.
