Possibly, but unlikely direct from Cafepress. I might be able to persuade a relative to do so on my behalf, though...

If anyone in the UK is interested, I'd be happy to pay the shipping on a bulk order and just send it on to you. That would of course require snailmail addresses sent to my eponymous gmail account. Oooh, risky.
