Back from our absolutely amazing two weeks in Turkey. (Yes, I've got this crazy paranoia thing about posting "leaving the country for an extended period" in anything resembling public in advance, sorry.) The wedding rocked. In both cases, the reality was shocking close to what we'd hoped for, which we *really* were not expecting. My only regrets

I have a camera video of the procession (taken from the side, so not too nice), and some good photos of the lego setup and the signed contract/Quaker testimonial/thing. I've also got a camera video of the swordfight. Let me know if you'd like them and how to best get them to you...

Yes! We'd like them all! In terms of getting them to us, e-mail works if you've got the bandwidth (first.last@gmail.com will avoid making MIT's forwarding proxies unhappy) or if you'd rather post them somewhere like flickr or your public homedir and send a link, that's great too.

2- The wedding was superb!
3- I've noticed that "getting married" is a much smaller change than practically everything else that happens after college, especially after being partnered for several years.

Wonderful wedding - we had a blast. The kid's room was a fabulous idea.

We have some pictures of the ceremony, but the lighting was tricky so only a few are decent. And we have plenty of our own kids, of course, though I'd imagine those would be less interesting :) I'll try and put them up in my mac gallery so you can download.
