Midnight Sun is her best writing so far. Sorry Bella, but Edward's head is a very nice place to be. He's just so complicated and conflicted that it's more interesting.

It gained SM probably most of her fans back after the horror that is BD. So finish SM.

Haha I agree, most of my favourite quotes from the saga come from Edwards head lol. We should have some kind of Midnight Sun appreciation post here. :D

I've thought about it, and even if Bree is a minor character, her story could be really interesting. If Stephanie's writing has improved, I might read it. I haven't quite decided yet. I think it would be interesting to see Bree interacting with other vampires when blood wasn't around, so she'd be calmer and not affected by the bloodlust. What goes on in their minds? Do they act more human? Have any remorse for killing?

Seems interesting...

Have you read The Host? It's definitely her best work, imo. (lol, it actually got my hopes up for Breaking Dawn which I ended up hating a lot) I lovelovelove the universe she created there.

Anyway, I agree - I think Bree's story could be interesting, too! And for those wanting E/B, I imagine they'd be in there in some shape or form, so....

I haven't read The Host yet. I wasn't really interested, but I kept seeing you recommending it, and then a few of my other friends also said it was great, so I think I'm going to pick it up.

It's funny because the Vampire/Fantasy genre has never been my thing. The thing that kept me reading Twilight was the love story, and the sort of forbidden aspect of it. That's why when I heard what The Host was about, I wasn't that interested. But I think that Stephenie is really good at taking the unreal and making it seem real, believable. Thanks for reminding me. :)

Oh yeah, I'm sure E/B will be in there. It would be great to see the Cullen/Wolf/Vampire fight through Bree's eyes as well as E/B.

Yay, definitely do! It starts of on the slower side, but then it really picks up and doesn't stop. I think you'll enjoy the love story there too. ;)
