Calling all fan-artists and Twilight fans
As you have seen earlier in make_me_irish’s mod post ( here), Vanity Fair is threatening LEGAL ACTION over the use and posting of the new Robert Pattinson photos. This includes posts containing icons and other fanworks using these images.
Quite frankly, I find their decision ridiculous. As such, I have contacted them via their website as well as submitted a letter to the editor regarding their decision and encourage all of you to do the same.
Let them know why you find this decision a bad move for future sales of their magazine! By doing this, they are encouraging a very… bitter after taste, if you will, regarding these photos. We all loved the shoot, didn’t we? So why wouldn’t we want to make icons or other fanworks featuring said photos?
