Here's my top 5 and bottom 5 of what made Twilight the book come alive for me in pictures.
You can add your own with or without pictures. Doesn't have to be 5. Less or more.
But for me these where some of the highest and lowest points
Top five
- Edward's confused face. Straight away you know something's bugging him about Bella. Loved it.
- The accident scene blew me away the first time I saw it in the teaser trailer. Like the book came alive
- The silent conversation between Edward and Carlisle was fantastic. Great facial expressions.
- The meadow scene. Just the part where they lay on the grass... Again it's the book's most important scene right there. In colour
- The bedroom and piano scene. I loved it. Even though the bedroom dancing wasn't in the book, it still oozes Twilight. And the piano scene... Le sigh
Bottom five
- The awkwardness between them wasn't right. It was more like awkward acting not the weird unknown intensity we know of between the characters
- The confession scene was totally out of place. And very.... well bad. Just didn't feel right.
- A favourite chapter of mine ''Carlisle'' was skipped over. And a cooking scene took over. Including Rose in a scene where she didn't need to be. AGAIN
- The hotel scene was meant to be a slight bonding for Bella and Alice. Alice tells her more about transforming someone, biting a human and the details. It was just skipped over. Wasn't even worth having the hotel scene made no sense.
- Lastly... Bella in the hospital at the end. Not much else I can say. Rene was brilliant. So natural. But Bella (KStew) was very weird, and seemed like a very very inexperienced actor.
