Depending on which part you got first... it might not have automatically downloaded the first part or maybe the second part wasn't up yet when you subscribed.

If you go into your Podcast category, click the tab so you can see the different ones in the Stargate Information Archive podcast, and there should be 2 podcasts. If you don't see two, hit "refresh" and it should appear.
