MAGIC CAKE!

Our wedding cake was the greatest cake in the history of the world. UBER chocolate cake, with 7 layers of cake, and then the six layers between those alternated between chocolate ganache and chocolate frosting. I thought MY wedding cake was the greatest cake in history, but that year in the freezer REALLY wasn't good for it. Bleh! You're really lucky yours survived!

It was wrapped in like, 5 layers of saran wrap, and 3 layers of foil...I think that's why it survived so well. ;)

I thought my cake was the most beautiful, and the grooms cake the most beautiful...but it certainly didn't taste good after a year. I'm jealous! :-)

WONDERFUL! I was wondering what our top piece was going to taste like. *HAHA* The way they do it in England is eat the top piece for the 1st baby's christening...looks like that'll be done before our first anniversary! *giggle*

We've been married since June 8th...so, if we go by his tradition...we'll have cake just before the 1st anniversary.

It WAS good cake! There were other kinds besides chocolate! There was a white cake with raspberry filling and raspberry buttercream!
