This one took some thinking, but the catalyst was provided (once again) by arabian . I know I'm starting to sound a little like a broken record with that statement, but I like to give credit where credit is due :o)  Once I had the seed planted, it didn't take much to mold my thoughts into this answer.

That's a really good idea. Sigh, these little moments that we could have gotten .......

Anything here would have been lapped up like mother's milk, seriously. It just seemed so anti-climatic. In those moments, I just have to have faith that these writers are going to make my wait worth it, since they've given me so much goodness up until now. I just can't believe the people who wrote Damon's confession scene will never have any consequence or follow-up to it.

At least, I really hope so. *crosses fingers*
