Time for a pop quiz, City. Except not because I always hated those. Really, what kind of person doesn't even warn you about a quiz? It's only common courtesy to allow your students a few days notice. No, seriously... I think everything is forgivable and everyone can change. No matter what a person has done, they can choose to be better. I mean, they can change for the worse, too, but some people just need a reason to improve.
